What happens if the rules change after I buy?
You get free lifetime updates. Whenever the Department changes fees, forms, or processes, we issue an updated pack and email you the new files at no extra cost.
How long does it take to prepare an application using the system?
Most couples need 6 to 12 weeks of part-time work. The pack includes a 12-week timeline planner. Don't try to rush it. A weak application that gets refused costs you the entire fee (currently $9,365+) and may trigger a Section 48 bar.
Is this for offshore (309/100) applications too?
No, this system is specifically built for the onshore 820/801 pathway. The frameworks (four pillars, Form 888, evidence categories) are similar for offshore, but the lodgement process and bridging visa logic differ substantially. We may release an offshore-specific system in future.
Do you offer a refund?
If a file won't open, is corrupted, or anything is missing, email us at hello@partnerpath.com.au and we'll fix it immediately. That's our commitment. Beyond technical faults, this is a digital product delivered in full at the moment of purchase, so change-of-mind refunds aren't available. Is there an instalment option?
The system is priced at a single once-off payment of $497 AUD. We don't offer payment plans. Digital files are delivered instantly and in full, so a plan structure doesn't work fairly for either side. What about same-sex couples, children from previous relationships, or other special situations?
The pack includes a dedicated "Special situations" module covering same-sex couples, children from previous relationships, sponsor sponsorship limits, prior marriages, and long-distance phases. All scenarios that need extra attention but are common enough to handle within a DIY toolkit.

Licence terms

Single-user personal licence. When you purchase the PartnerPath AU Partner Visa System ("the Pack"), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the Pack solely for the purpose of preparing your own Australian partner visa application.

What you MAY do:

  • ✓  Use all files for your own partner visa application
  • ✓  Print documents for personal use
  • ✓  Fill in and edit the Word templates for your own use
  • ✓  Receive lifetime updates to your purchased files

What you may NOT do:

  • ✗  Share, email, or transfer any file to another person
  • ✗  Upload any file to a file-sharing platform, Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar
  • ✗  Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Pack or any part of it
  • ✗  Share your Companion access code with others
  • ✗  Use the Pack to prepare applications for third parties (including as a migration agent substitute)
  • ✗  Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice from any file

Ownership. All intellectual property in the Pack remains the property of PartnerPath AU. Purchase grants a licence to use, not ownership of, the content. All files are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Enforcement. Unauthorised distribution or resale is a breach of this licence and Australian copyright law. PartnerPath AU reserves the right to revoke access and pursue remedies including injunctive relief and damages.
